Yes, the flat rate $30 shipping within Canada and the US includes tracking. You receive the tracking number within your conformation email.

Custom orders are non refundable, however in-stock items can be returned 48hrs after delivery. The buyer is in charge of shipping the item back. Once we receive the item in the same condition it was sent out we will refund minus a 10% restocking fee.

Yes, all our products start with handmade patterns and sketches before they start their journey to becoming a finished product. Fun fact the first 2 years of leatherworking I handstitched every piece!
